No "cd/dvd Reader Thingy" - Split From Hijacked "lost Product Cd" Post

So i got a new computer couple days back and its an HP envy 15 j012eo nad apparently it does not have a cd/dvd reader thingy where you place your dvd/cd so i cannot download the roxio program ive allready registered the thing to my account and downloaded it to another computer (wich is now gone) how do i install it?

Have someone copy the disc contents to a flash drive for you. Then use the flash drive to install it.

I tried it with a USB stick? id didint work. im not an computer guru but i think i need the installer no the files. how do i do it?
