Problem Registering S/n

bparker07

Question

Hi, I purchased my roxio yesterday and without thinking tossed the package to my setup disc. I have followed the steps to start to register my device through roxio and the s/n on the bottom of the device isn't valid. i have sent in a case to corel, but i feel like that is gonna accomplish very little. Am I typing in the right number? has this happened to anyone else? Thanks

Hey, I purchased the roxio hd yesterday and intelligently tossed the sleeve of the disc in the trash not thinking there would be a key on it. I have followed the steps to register my product but the s/n on the bottom of my device is apparently not valid. Is that the correct number? or would it be located somewhere else? if anyone has any knowledge on this please let me know. thanks.

I'm an idiot and obviously correctly labeled a noob to this board. Only was trying to post this comment once, but somehow it felt the need to be posted several time. My apologies.
