Rosalie M
Having problems uploading photoshow 6. Getting "error code 403" this problem just started. The photoshow had 78 photos. Finally was able to upload the show by cutting the number of photos down to 58. Is this a new Corel problem?

The free version allows only a certain number of images (around 50 or so). I checked out the site and it seemed to be active. What Browser are you using? 0 Rosalie M
Active premium membership with 141 photoshows uploaded, currently using IE 7. Tried using "chat live with agent" all week, but only see "chat is currently offline". How do you contact anyone at Corel?

Tried using "chat live with agent" all week, but only see "chat is currently offline". How do you contact anyone at Corel? It is difficult and you may end up having to pay for support. Few people at Roxio/Corel have any experience with PhotoShow. My first guess is that there is something in your browser that is blocking the site. It could be something like an update to the Browser.. Are you getting that message when you are trying to upload directly from V6 on your computer? Iwhen you sign in there, is that when you get the message? Re-download V6 and install it. There is no need to uninstall what you already have. Try again. What operating system are you using? IE 7 is pretty old. Do you have a different browser on your computer that you can make default and try it?
