Download Mp3 To Computer Never Happens

Have tried a long and short photoshow.

Neither downloaded. Customer help can not find my account, though I give them all the numbers on the invoice. I have submitted information as requested, but have not heard back with the "magic" number that will let them answer my questions. Does any one have issues with the computer download?

I assume that you are asking about an mp4 (not mp3) download of a Photoshow. It doesn't work. Roxio has not been able to fix it.

Since you are able to sign in to your premium account, go you your member's page and download and install the desktop version of PhotoShow Once you have done that, sign into your account using that desktop version and download the PhotoShows you want. Once they are on your computer, you can burn them to a disc or make WMV or mpg2 files out of it. Use that for watever you want.

 

From now on, do all your PhotoSHows on/in that desktop version. You can still upload them to the web site.
