I run windows7 and have loaded Roxio vhs to dvd program, burned 1 Dvd now it goes green and then it says no video signal or jams totally, any help please?Iam a Novice with computers

There are 2 VHS to DVD program suites: there is the older "Easy VHS to DVD" and the more recent "Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus". Which do you have?

What goes green? Please explain a bit more what you are doing.

BTW, the recommended process is to first capture the VHS video to your hard drive and then burn the DVD. That separates the capture process from the burn process and seems to be more reliable. It of course also allows you to do some edits to your captured video.

Hi, I have the vhs to dvd3 plus, I followed the instructions to the letter using the software supplied, the 1st burn was ok the picture was not great, then yesterday it was, sound only then green screen then no signal. switched everything of checked connections, then switched on the computer and that would not start up properly, I had to unplug the capture device for my computer to work, I did find a loose connections at the back of the tv/video combo and I am using the scart connection for UK use.So I will try again today.
