Lost Cd, Need Software

Hello, I won a Game Capture HD Pro from MakeUseOf.com back in April. I unpacked it and it has been sitting on my entertainment stand since then. The problem is that I can't find the CD anywhere (including the key). I didn't register the product because I wasn't using it and didn't really think about it. I finally have everything set up cable-wise, but need the software to use it. I've looked through the forum here and noticed one person recently had a similar issue...the only difference is that they registered the software and I did not. I don't know what happened to the CD, or the box...I assume they are either in some deep, dark corner, or have been thrown away. Is there any way to get a new copy of the software and a new key? I know this sounds fishy, but trust me, it's not. Please let me know if there is any other information that is needed. Thanks so much!

There have been a lot of posts re; "lost Cd". It seems to happen only to the gamers it seems. Did you ever see the CD?

Oh yes, the CD was in the box. I remember seeing the key code as well. Everything that was supposed to come with it did as far as I know. I'm pretty sure my wife would not have thrown it away. I blame my 1-year-old lol.

I am more curious if it can be replaced since it is a legitimate loss. If not, is there a way to buy the software separately. I searched Roxio's site, but didn't see that option either.
