You posted in the Creator NXT section of the forum. NXT BOT is different from the one in, for example, Creator 2012. I presume this was a bug-fix. ...not too sure, there never has been an update (SP1) but there is updated installer and that was likely what you noted But keep in mind that the BOT of New, is not the same as the BOT of Christmas Past... IF you really rely on a Backup Software you will be better off buying a name brand separate program! Jim_Hardin Posted August 19, 2013 Report Share Posted August 19, 2013 What happens after you perform a proper repair procedure? First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Now insert your Roxio Disc. Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that!
