Mee Too Problem ~ Split

Question

Try these steps Exactly as listed:

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

I found your June post in the wrong Forum, which might explain why it was never addressed ;)

I have the same problem as the op and tried your "method" dozens of times word for word and still no luck...it shows up as a device and everything is installed properly....its not my pc because it is a custom built 1000$ rig....it just always freezes up after I hit capture and the capture screen pops up....any idea what's wrong?

Thanks! - nice machine, wish I had it

Seems like that part of the program is corrupted...

Let's try a Proper Repair, using these steps:

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
