Can Not Hit "start Recording" After I Click The Capture Button.

Question

When I loaded up roxio, I hit the capture button and it randomly crashed. So I decided to uninstall it and re install it because that has fixed this in the past. But this time when I re loaded it up after re installing it, I hit the capture button and it loaded up but it had a dark screen where the gameplay should be and I could not hit the "Start Recording" button. I also noticed there was a "no signal" and it was red this time instead of green. Also every time I hit tools and options, it crashes. If anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it.

Sure like to know your PC Specs and gaming setup instead of just making wild guesses in the dark...

I would suggest you do a more extensive repair along these lines:

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

I have installed the revo uninstaller before and it will not let me anymore since my free 30 days are up and im not looking to spend anymore money on this thing since it has given me so much trouble. Is there anyway I can talk to a person over the phone or can I send this into Roxio and see if they can repair it or send me another one?
