Game Audio Delay When Recording Live Commentaries

I am a YouTuber, and recently recorded a Halo 4 live commentary with the roxio game capture card hd pro. There was a slight audio delay for the game sound (about 1/2 a second),

 

but i synced my commentary audio myself. I was wondering if i can sync game audio or not. It was pretty annoying, and I hope someone can help.

So lemme get this straight, the only problem your having is the GAME audio. Not your video, not your commentary. Is that it?

 

If so, please explain in great detail the issue.
