Dvi Help

Question

I have just recently bought a new Roxio HD Pro Capture card and was excited to use it. I use a computer monitor to play my xbox 360 on because my Tower died so i kept the monitor. I run DVI-HDMI for my monitor to my xbox and it works great and runs at 720p (also able to work at 1080p), I tried setting up my Roxio with my computer monitor and it works fine on my laptop showing me what I am recording. But my Computer monitor won't load though. It searches for a signal but always says nothing found then goes to sleep. Please help.

It runs Console to roxio via HDMI cable, then Roxio to Monitor via hdmi to DVI-D. The picture will not load on the screen of the Monitor.

Using a setup like that, HDMI with DVI-D adapter, has proven troublesome for many users...

I tired it on mine and it worked without any issue, but several others cannot get it to work

Only thing I can suggest is to add an HDMI Splitter BEFORE the RGC Device and run your monitor from that.
