Installation Problem With The Disc

So I bought a Roxio Game Capture HD PRO and I've went to install the program from the disc onto my PC but it stops 3/4 of the way' it's always on a file or Windows sumthing then I wait for about an hour it still didn't move I click cancel and it dosen't cancel neither. So I close it with Task Manager and restart my computer because it gives me an error. I'm getting mad' and want to know how to fix this or I'll get get a refund and get an elgato. I don't want to wait because i've started a YT channel for my clan and I cannot record or edit gameplay. I didn't want to spend $200 dollars on a thing that dosen't even work.

Only thing I would suggest is that you Copy the entire contents of your disc into a Folder on your HDD, then run Setup.exe from there.

 

Also pay attention to the this "sumthing", as these things are actually important to troublshooting.

I keep getting a frozen screen! I might start regreting Corel products if this keeps happening

You aren't providing any info so it does not appear that you actually want any help

 

If all you want is an R&R (rant & refund) you need to contact Roxio.
