Setup.exe Is Corrupted And Software Cd Is Broken

Well, I bought Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 plus in the US and then I came to my country. When I opened the cd box, I saw how broken it was. I don't know what to do, because the support from Roxio doesn't even recognize my support code. I can't install the software and maybe I could obtain a digital copy and put my cd-key.
