I am just curious, how do you get your money back? I bought Roxio NXT a few weeks ago, came home, installed it, and finally found some time to work on a few projects and the program keeps turning off on its own. I've read through the online forums, attempted to contact customer service but haven't received any responses. The retailer won't take it back since it's been opened so what is a person supposed to do? Very disappointed.

Sell it on e-bay or donate it to charity. Roxio won't take it back because you bought it from a retailer. If you go back to the retailer and tell them it won't work with your computer, they may allow you to trade it in on a different program.

 

Are you sure that you computer exceeds the minimum specs? Just to make sure, post the results of a dxdiag.exe evaluation of your computer. Do it this way. There are no personal information in that evaluation except for the name of your computer.

 

Is it a laptop where there may be excessive heat. If a laptop, do you have the power saving mode off?

 

Use Revo Uninstaller (Moderate Mode only) to remove the program. Do these maintenance items and reinstall.the program making sure that your antivirus remains OFF during the install.

 

Are you getting any error codes? Does it just crash?
