I have a PhotoShow premium account. My credit card expired for auto payment and when I reactivated my account, none of my PhotoShows are available. My Channel is there, but my PhotoShow are not.

How do I get them back?

Contact the company that you renewed with; we can't help. How long from the time your subscription ran out until you renewed? It is was a relatively long time, they are probably gone.

I renewed with Corel. I got a message my auto-renewal failed and "Please update your payment details or change your payment option to complete your payment. Otherwise your subscription will be deactivated."

It didn't say my photoshows would no longer be available once I renewed. Can't they just be restored? Maybe three or for months ...

The time frame is the issue; not the renewal.

Contact Corel to be sure. How many places would store your possessions for 3 or 4 months and just not reclaim the storage space. The missing PhotoShows has nothing to do with your renewal. Your account was probably treated as a new account since it was so long between expiration and renewal. If you got the renewal price, you were lucky. Did you ever think about downloading them to your computer via the desktop version of PhotoShow 6 since they are valuable products of your efforts??
