0 tsantee Posted September 4, 2013 Report Share Posted September 4, 2013 That means you've either entered something incorrectly or the registration key has been blocked by Roxio. Make sure any zeros are not letter O's or vice versa. The number 1 also looks a lot like the letter L. If the key may have been blocked you need to take this up directly with Roxio.
