Multiple Problems With Rgc Hd Pro

Question

So today, I recieved my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro. I installed the software onto my (:D) drive. When I launch the Launch Pad, it doesn't open and Windows says it "isn't responding." I probably sound like a broken record because I researched how to fix it and learned that this is a common problem. Everything I have tried thus far has not worked. If I just open MediaCaptureGame1X, the program doesn't detect a signal or it will go blank and crash. I am using hdmi cables for my xbox 360. Specs are below. Help is appreciated.

P.s. when I check the RGC under devices and see what drivers are there, they all have the number 32 in them. Could this be drivers for 32bit windows?

Specs:

Windows 7 64 bit Service Pack 1

Intel Core i7 4800MQ Processor- 2.7ghz quad core

16gb ram

Nvidia GTX 765m GPU

256GB mSATA boot drive and 750gb HD

Somehow your install is corurpt.

Follow these instructions (Too The Letter!) for a Proper Repair:

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
