Need To Recover Original Purchase Email With Serial No.s

I recently had to recover my system using Carbonites Mirror Image. Unfortunately, this meant that all E-mails & documents subsequent to 7/31/2013 disappeared. This included the E-mail with Serial No.s and links to access the download for the copy of NXT and associated products that were purchased via Digital River download in mid-August. Is there any way this can be resent?

Did you register the serial number with Roxio? Contact Digital River directly. Read this.

 

I was thinking about starting to use Carbonite. Why couldn't you recover the files before 7/31/13. Is that something in you setting that only updates monthly? I thought that it diod it continuously and automatically.
