Gamecapture Hd Pro Issue....

Question

Guys, help with be greatly appreciated.

 

I did all the installation (ps3) and i can see my gameplay ( it lags but i thought that was okay). When i hit START CAPTURE on STATUS saids CAPTURING... but i doesn't record anything over 1 second. A video file is created but it doesn't record more than one second of gameplay. Help please.

First thing to try is this:

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

 

IF that doesn't help, post back with your full specs, like I have listed ;)

Hi, thanks for the help. But it doesn't seem to work. I did all that you said but now it show NO SIGNAL. It's not recognizing the component cable. When I click on the Tools tab and try to go to the Options menu it saids "the program is not responding" and I need to close it afterwards.
