New Computer Window 7 Lost Software

jkgnday

Question

I purchased VHS to DVD quite some time ago and it is registered with Roxio but have lost the software which I believe is not compatable with windows 7 anyway. I would like to upgrade but not sure if this can be done without the original software. Thanks for any help

What you see for sale, on the Roxio website, is an upgrade to any earlier version, not an update. Therefore, you don't need a previous version on your computer.

Digital Guru, Thanks so much for reply. I did purchase and download the upgrade, after installing rebooting and trying to open the program it is telling me that the d3dx9_33.dll is missing. I have tried to repair, uninstall and reinstall but all in vain. I know in the past when upgrading to a new version for it is less money only because you have previous version already installed. I know I am repeating myself from my previous inquire but is that possibly the reason or is it something else.

Again thanks for your help
