I Think I Know What's The Problem Here With This New Product

This might sound dumb but why on the back of the box it said's " windows 8 compatible" and not "windows 7 and windows 8 compatible"?

 

Because I think the reason why this thing is not working is because you have to have Win 8 in order for this to work but with window 7 you would have to upgrade.

 

I see a lot of people post that have win 8 and are doing just fine with this product but people who don't have win 8 struggling with this product bad.

Maybne we need a another update because this is not working at all lol.

 

Can't get mines to work don't need to tell you my spec, tried everything on the forums, unplug and plug back in, tried everything so no use in telling me.

 

either a update or ill just take it back and get something better, was a good deal at best buy but really a pain to setup, shouldn't be this way at all.
