Worked Fine On My Desktop, Now Blue Screens On My Laptop

Recently got a new laptop with a lot bigger harddrive on it. I decided on trying to use the roxio on it, and it blue screens when I open the record software. Yes I have checked to make sure windows did not install their drivers, and made sure it installed roxios in device manager. In device it appears as: "Roxio GameCAP HD PRO" under sound,video and game controllers.

 

Roxio worked fine on my desktop, but due to the arrange of my room now It does not reach so I want to use my laptop with the bigger harddrive and better capabilites.

By blue screens I mean BSOD from windows, not roxio's no signal blue screen.

Win-Pause gives a better picture of your system than whatever you used...

 

But for now you need to run a proper repair - RGC Device unhooked, Anti Virus OFF!

 

Like to see your logs, look in the install forum for instruction.

Try it with the SLI disabled.

SLI Disabled same result.

 

Repaired with it unhooked and avg completely off.

Could not find it in the event viewer, but it was array or APC Index Mismatch
