Problem Capturing In Easy Vhs To Dvd 3 Plus

I just bought this Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus and I installed it and hooked the vcr up to my pc. When I went to record my first movie I could see and hear the movie streaming in the window but when i hit the record button it started jumping and freezing and within seconds it said it was finishing burning the DVD. when i placed the disk in my DVD player only those few seconds and it was done. How do I get the entire movie?

Almost Nobody ever uses "Record DVD"

 

"Record, Edit and Save" is your friend

 

But in anycase, that is not the way it should work...

I just bought this program on the 18th, today I installed it and got everything ready. I started today my first and second try but it wouldn't capture anything. I can watch the tape playing on the screen, but when it finishes, there is nothing on the DVD, did not copy to the DVD. I have been trying to get some support from Roxio to no avail, it jumps from one place to the other, but no help. I think I wasted my money and should try to buy another brand. If anyone have suggestions, I will appreciate it.

Record to DVD

 

Record to HHD
