Install Error

So I went to install the CD that comes with the RGCpro and mid way I had my computer shutoff. Dont know what caused this but it didn't finish the installation and it shows the icon but when i run the program, it says it's missing files and to reinstall. I put CD in, try to install and get message saying, cannot install, already exists, unistall 1st then reinstall.

 

I check program files to unistall and it is no where to be found.

 

Says if i keep getting this issue to contact support, well here I am, any idea on what I should do??
