Rendering Video Always Freezes

I have a project that I'm trying to export so I can work on it in a different editing software.

 

Problem is, every time I try to export it or render it,the progress bar freezes at 26%.

 

Even trying to upload it to YouTube and making it private isn't working.

 

I've restarted the editing software, restarted my computer, tried a bunch of different export settings, and this is my second time reinstalling the software, which I have the disc for on-hand, but the outcome is always the same. What do I do?

There may be something wrong with your project, at the time shown at 26%, where it freezes.

It works in normal editing mode when I press play, and it's worked in previous exported versions so that's not it.
