Capture Pro Hd .... No Profiles To Select?

I have installed the Capture Pro HD software onto my Windows 8 laptop and everything works except I cannot select a profile in the options menu. As a result, I am stuck with the default capture setting (Whatever that may be)... I alto installed the software onto my windows 7 desktop PC thinking that it may be a windows 8 problem but its the same... I don't have any profiles to select at all (The drop down menu is blank).... Any ideas guys.... THX

Perfectly Normal

 

You have No Signal so there are not any Options.

 

All you have to do is have it hooked up and running, then you will have options.

 

You should also know you can never set it to any quality Higher than the signal it is receiving.
