I got Roxio MyDVD 10 with my HP notebook about 3 years ago and have just this month attempted burning my first dvd. I ran into several problems.
1. When I tried to customize menu backgrounds by putting in photographs the photo would always end up being converted to shades of blue. Any idea why this is happening? Can it be corrected?
2. When I validate my project it passes and works fine in the preview. I then proceed to burn disc. After rendering the dvd files an error occurs just at the end and the dvd does not get burned. It does this repeatedly, consistently. Any remedy?
3. When I had an image saved on my HDD I tried playing the files that were created to see what the rendered quality was like. The video portion was fine, but the audio sounded terrible. The original files had excellent audio but the output audio was badly distorted. What can be done to solve this?
I will sincerely appreciate any assistance I can get on this matter.
