I Need Help With The Roxio Game Capture Drivers

So I recently got my roxio working again than it broke it wont work anymore and I think I found out why when ever I go to device manager it shows this! Before it showed TWO! DRIVERS! This is for the regular roxio not hd I have reinstalled it and done everything I need help!

Have you tried plugging the device to a different port? How about different computer? Did you get the same result?

I just tried that but its still black when I open up the software I guess I need that specific driver!

Ok so I just uninstalled and reinstalled everything and now STILL 1 !@#%ING DRIVER WHAT THE HELL!
