Toast Corrupting Adobe Mpg2 Files

I've been using toast for awhile to burn an adobe media encoded MPEG2 (formatted for dvd) file to Video DVD, and it has worked flawlessly until recently. I've made a few changes, but not sure where the issue lies, except I can verify the MPEG encode is good (burned in Adobe Encore).

Has anyone experienced this issue?

I don't want to stop using Toast, but right now it has put me a month behind on work, and several hundred discs out of pocket (bad master was duplicated several times).
