Nxt 2 Install Problem

I am trying to install my new Creator NXT Pro 2 from download, in Windows 7 and I am having trouble. After the program starts to install it stops and say that something has stopped installation and to try installing again. I have tried to install many many times, changing settings in my anti-virus and other programs that I thought may be interfering. Now I get an alert that says my key has been used too many times. Can anybody let me know how I go about get my key reset and get help with the installation again? I've used Roxio Creators since the first one and this is the first time I've had any problems on instalation.

Thanks in advance.

That works ^_^

The 1603 error is a bit vague...

When you get your Install Count reset, I suggest you try it this way:

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges.

Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall.

Reboot and log on to that new account.

Copy your entire disc to a new folder on your HDD.

In that new folder, right click on Setup.exe and select Properties.

Under the Compatibility tab, make sure
is checked!

Right click Setup.exe and select Open.

Use the Default Locations!

Ralf reset my install count, then I followed your install instructions to the letter. After that it was one of the easiest installs ever. Everything is working fine, so far. I'd like to thank you for your expert help. A big thanks to Ralf as well. This was the best support ever! Until next time.

Thanks again!
