Corel Customer Support?



Customer support virtually non-existent after installing Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus to my computer, doesnt work freezes every time I try to use program, explained problem to customer support who provide me with a case number and request to send a screenshot of device manager list which I did but have not heard back from them!!

We would be glad to try to help you here.


List your PC Specs, like I have in my Sig Block.


In the meanwhile, try following these steps to do a proper repair:


First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.


Unplug your Roxio Video Capture USB Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.


Now insert your Roxio Disc.


Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)


When you reach the screen where
is offered, choose that!


When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
