How Do Get A Replcement

i just went to use my roxio game capture cause recording and stuff to youtube is how i make my money. well the usb plugin on the game capture was loss i took it out put it in again and its broke its looks pushed in. i want a new one this is defected i have only had it for a few months, and it has not worked right all along but getting a hold of anyone at roxio is next to impossible. so some one please help im losing money as we speck..... this is sooooooooooooooooooooo not cool roxio i refer ppl to you, WELL I DID, and unless this is resolved real fast i will stop refering all together and so on.

I got the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro to work exactly twice since I bought it for my son on Christmas. It worked fine last evening but now it doesn't. I have not done anything except shut off the tv, computer and xbox when my son went to bed. I don't know how that could have made it stop working. I just checked on the progress of uninstalling Roxio software on my computer and reinstalling it and it seemd to do the trick but that's what we did last night too so my concern is that it won't work again in the morning. It has to be the Roxio box itself that is causing the issue. I wonder if they would send a replacement for mine as well since I bought it last Christmas.

Both of you will have to contact Customer Service.....we are just fellow users on here...not Roxio.

Use the money you made to get a new one. You can contact Customer Service and spin your yarn to them.

You're kidding, right? After having it for several months (and maybe using it that long) you broke it, you pay for a new one

 

BTW, this not Roxio but a users forum
