ROXIO easy VHS to DVD Cannot reinstall after hardrive crashed. I have an HP pavillion all in one computer Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit OS .

Every time I try to reistall the disc I get an 0002 error message my computer not compatible with windows 7. I tried to manually install but can't get the disc to open on my computer

Probably a compatibility issue.
