I bought the software months ago. I forgot about it. I opened it tonight thinking I was going to install it and jump right in. It won't install.
I've been repeatedly trying to install it for more than an hour now. My anti virus was getting in the way. I shut it off. The software said it could not connect to the Internet. I confirmed the computer was connected to the Internet. Than it decided that the "Product not Activated" with no reference to the Internet whatsoever.
I attempted to contact tech support. No phone number. Email requires having installed the software and registered it. Customer service is closed.
I found this forum doing Google searches trying to figure out why my software won't install. I saw posts that there is a Vista issue. I have Windows 7.
Tech Support needs an email option for folks in my situation.
