Invalid Product Key

I am trying to re-install Roxio 2011 on an XP computer and i keep getting the message that the key that is on the package is invalid. I had deleted Roxio using the the Win uninstall program and deleted Roxio and Sonic from the registry. No luck. Is this an anti-theft problem as well? It worked on the first install.

The 'Key' is NOT on the package but rather is the one on the CD Sleeve. You can also locate it here under your account.

 

The message text is very important to the problem. Please note exactly what it says or post a screen cap (do not post your cd key though)

I am having the same type of problem. I am trying to re-install after a total wipe of my Toshiba laptop. I have win 7 home edition. I have had two errors reported, 1 that my key is invalid although it shows on my products at roxio. It is the same as my key on the package. the other error has been that my system does not meet the miniumum requirements although it is quite a powerful laptop and has win 7. I have tried the copy to desktop of the dvd and running from there. Then the only error so far is the invalid key error. My version is Creator 2011 plus. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
