Suddenly, I cannot open to create a Photoshow version 6.0

 

The circle kept going around, around and never stop.

 

I do have Norton 360 installed in my computer. I did turn the settings off but the circle still going around.

1) Turn off the registry cleaner in 360 permanently ! You can keep the rest of it. Registry cleaners make $$ for those selling them and do more harm than good.

2) Download V6 from your member's page.

3) Pause 360 so it is not running.

4) Install the downloaded file.

5) Reboot.

 

If that doesn't work, post back after you do all of this (link) and tried again.
