Roxio Disc Creator Not Recognizing Blank Cds

I recently changed my dvd/cd Roms I now find that when I use Disc creator it will not recognize my blank cds However if I use any of the other Roxio burn options I have no problem I want to use Disc Creator so that I can I can apply the Fade in/out option I have had no problems in the past using the same cds Any help would be extremely welcome as I have very little hair to tear out

It's not clear what you "changed my dvd/cd Roms" involves, but have you considered changing them back?
