Capture Only Record For 2 Seconds.

Hi guys,

 

I'm having a few issue with getting things working.

 

I can get the capture software to show me the preview, so everything seems to be working there, however when I try to start capturing I have this issue.

 

I click "Start Capture", the preview window goes black for 2 seconds, the stats reads "Capturing", the clock counts to 2 seconds, shows me the file size of 3mb then stops and puts the preview video down below.

 

The timer and file size counter reset, the status still reads "Capturing" but nothing is actually being recorded. The 3mb file plays for its 2 seconds, but thats it.

 

I've completely uninstall and reinstalled 3 times, I've tried "repair" twice, but all that does is break the software even more to the point that I don't even get the preview.

You are ignoring all those that did get it working...

 

I am on y phone at the moment but will try to get back later.

 

There is something in your PC or your install that is the issue and we need to fix that!

 

List your PC specs so we will know what might be from that.
