cbaltax
I downloaded my photoshow to Roxio Photo Show 6. I can play the download from internet. But when I go to create a DVD, all I get is the audio portion on the DVD. I have never had this problem before.
Sue G
I am having the same problem! Have never had this problem before. Using Windows 7. So frustrated! Took me all day to make a wedding picture video for my daughter using 281 pics and picked just the right music. Help!!! I don't want to use another program and have to start all over again. sknis
So Sue, you are using parallels on a MAC? If not, please start your own thread with all the details. Did you re-download and reinstall the program again? Please detail you problem in that other thread. Are you getting error messages?.Have you updated your computer lately? What computer do you have. If this started to happen, can you use Windows Restore to a date when this started happening. Can you make a mpg2 file. If so that will tell us if there is a problem with he project or with the burning operation.

sknis
That may be part of the issue. I assume you redownloaded and reinstalled the desktop version of PhotoShow . That is the first thing I would try. Have you used all of the Windows updates? Many people has issues with IE which is required to be on your computer giving them poor or no audio; perhaps a Windows update caused this issue. Did this just happen? Can you use Windows restore to return your computer to an earlier time?
