Text Is Not Displaying

The added Text to videos have visually disappeared. They are still on the Txt track just as I added them but they do not display in edit mode. Now I have errors trying to save as ISO file or burn to disk:

 

8004520c error while Encoding

Skin image "info_out.png" found but cannot be loaded

Runtime Error

 

I have tried KB articles suggestions:

disk defrag,

msconfig > stop all start up services

install updated ActiveX

update video card

 

Note: I can burn videos of other projects but not this one with the disappearing text.
