Has anyone used this software on a Dell with Windows8? I don't know if it is a problem with the Roxio VHS to DVD Plus 3 or with my Dell computer or with the Windows 8 OS Please give me some help or advice. Roxio has been told but has not ever responded.

VHS2DVD 3 works with W8. So the problem may well be with your system. Since you have not supplied any information about you system ro what is really happening it is impossible to help or offer advice. "Does not work" tells us nothing
