"Play All Menu Items" in EMC 9?

hblair

Question

Is there anyway to cause all the menu items to play in succession once one is selected? I seem to recall there was on in EMC 8. What I really want to do is be able to click on a menu item, it began to play, when finished, it automatically goes to the next item. Thanks

As far as I know, 9 works the same way as 8 in this regard but I haven't yet dived into everything in 9. This link has a couple of helpful ideas that should work for you.

This feature was only available in EMC8 Deluxe version. EMC9 has all the features of EMC 8 Deluxe. So, yes, you can do this. Select a title on the main menu and then view Settings.

This one is to play all movies (on the menu or in the project).

Add an unlink button as follows:

1. In the Project View area (Menus tab), select the menu to which you want to add the unlink button

2. Choose DVD Menu > Add New Unlinked Button.

The new unlink button appears on the menu.

To create a "Play All" button, do the following steps:

  1. In the Preview area, click the unlink button to select it.
  2. Choose View > Settings to open the Settings dialog box (or you can right click the unlink button).
  3. In the Main tab, choose either All movies on this menu or All movies in this project from the Link list.
