First I have to say i have this product not in retail box but just downloaded however there doesnt seem to be an exact forum catergory for it..

 

Im trying to make a DVD movie , everytime I add a video i get an error message --------------- The file you are trying to use cannot be edited, and has not been edited.. I have tried a WMV version and also mp4 (original unconverted version) I have a video project for the school I have to get done can anyone please help with what the problem is?

Packaging is not clear that HD won't work. Is there an upgrade to another product that will work with HD? I have built a movie in windows movie maker and simply want to add chapters and dvd menus/graphics.

 

Why can't you use Windows Movie Maker for that? Do you have the latest version?

While perhaps not quite deceptive, packaging is certainly silent on some vital issues.

 

You can't upgrade this cut-down software. All you can do is go and buy the full version. If they will accept Easy CD and DVD Burning as 'an older version of Creator' then you should be able to get a $30 discount off the full version, which will cover what you've spent on Easy CD & DVD Burning.
