The names don't mean a whole lot. What are the formats and sizes for each under the custom settings. If you have one of those devices, you should know what format and size is acceptable.

Yes, as Steve mentioned, those are just 'Quick Settings' that work for those devices.

If you pick Video, you have all sorts of options open to you when you click the Custom button ;)

Yes, I understand that. However, for those who just want to click on the icon Roxio provides for their device to get the job done without having to get into "All sorts of options" it is important.

For who?

Doodle you sound intelligent so you would not need it.. Please don't try to speak for someone else.!

Did they remove the icon for the Kindle Fire?

That was one you listed in your first post. Is that what you want? Do you not see it now? I see it under the "General" list. Jim didn;t post that because it was obvious and that is what you listed first

What are you trying to accomplish? If you wanted the Kindle Fire, why not ask? Did you create this thread just for general information?

Ah ! I think you are missing one of the control options. There is a drop down under "General" for Category options that lists the other manufacturing options - like blackberry, and others. I donlt think it was there in earlier versions.

Thanks Jim! Yes, I do need Kindle Fire and recently got an iPad.

I read about Roxio NXT "NEW! Support for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and more phones and tablets

Quickly convert video for new iPad, Kindle Fire & Android devices."
