Cant Run Roxio

Hello, i have problem from few days. I cant run my roxio game capture pro.

 

when i try to run i have this first window but when i have to choice CAPTURE/ EDIT & SHARE, after clicking one of them then i have errors like:

 

after i click capture:

This aplication has request the runtime to terminate it in an

unsualy way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information.

 

after clicking editing & sharing:

ERROR: unable to loead skin

Best bet would be to do a more through re-install following these step, to the letter

 

 

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

 

Download and install the

Revo

Uninstaller. Then run it in

Moderate Mode

to remove any traces of Roxio.

 

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
