Need Help Uninstalling Roxio Easy Creator 10

I have gone to control panel then programs and features and uninstalled the main Roxio program but two items remain and will not uninstall. When I try to I receive error 1316 and error 04C7. I do not have technical support any more. Can anyone help I have tried everything I could think of? Thanks, Erin

Before you uninstalled the software, did you stop all running Roxio processes via msconfig, then reboot?
