DOUGH66
I hope someone can help, I have just purchased a new version Of Roxio Creator NXT. As soon as I go to add back-round audio/music and select the Media Selector tab, I receive a "VideoWave error" message and Creator crashes ands shuts down. I am running on Windows 8. There is no support available through Roxio (except paid support).I have run the 'repair' option to no avail and have even un-installed and reinstalled - no change!...please help. There appears to be many users encountering the same problem. I feel I have wasted £50.00.
Jim_Hardin
Try different files to see if any of them work. Also try doing a Drag & Drop into VW, rather than using the program, Add.
DOUGH66
Jim - I have tried different files, with no luck whatsoever. However dragging and dropping the files in from desktop/source works a treat !! Excellent many thanks for your help !!
