I'm just going to jump right into it and say that i'm at a total loss. So I have the Roxio Game Capture Pro HD for my PS3 and it was working fantastic for a week then all of a sudden it just stops being able to record, when i would click record it wouldn't even record a second of footage, so naturally i thought uninstalling the software and re-installing it would fix the problem but it didn't. I looked around for another week to try and find the answer to my problems, when i come across someone on this website saying that i should go and run the CD and click the repair option so i did, now when i go into the program and click record it takes me to the recording page or display, and almost everything is blocked out except the slider to change the quality of the video and the default video setting is set on HDMI. So when i move the slider to max quality, everything becomes available to click and move, so then i go to click on the drop down menu to change the settings from HDMI to component it works great until i click component then it freezes and says that the software has stopped responding and to close the window. I really hope someone knows whats going on because I am quite upset that i not only wasted $150 but its past the return date. If you need me to clarify anything ill try my best. thanks for your time!
