Ok ive been using my roxio now for about a yr and for some odd reason when i start a live stream my stream dosent show up. The card will say im sposed to be live but isent. Ive streamed on twitch with the device for a long time and only just encountered this issue. Ive noticed that my justin tv log in doesent have the channel name in the bad. Ive logged into my name over and over but the channel name WONT show up. ive tried to repair, uninstall and reinstall. I have no idea what im doing wrong giving ive never had this issue before. Help please!!

i read it and honestly that was in JULY my issue started this week. Btw I counld not open the link. Ive also contacted Twitch and they told me it was a software issue. Ive had this card for cloe to a yr now and id like to keep it but I need the ability to stream for my website so I need a resolution soon and being that I paid 150.00 for this device I WILL NOT pay 25 for support.

Ive been back and forth with Twitch and Roxio and are not receiving answers. And im not closer o steaming than I was a week ago. There are others having the same issues and also not being helped. I also understand that this might be a Twitch issue after all but arent you guys a partner with these guys????? Meaning that you guys should be some what versed on some the ins- and out of this stuff. I need answers and am only being passed around to the nxt party. Can ANYBODY help???

Nobody here is a "a partner" with Twitch or Roxio nor do any of us work for those companies. Occasionally Rox-Ralf (who works for Corel/Roxio) drops by but generally all posters are users just like you.

So.......its Roxio sole login on there equipment but the company doesnt have a partnership?????? Ok...... Im starting to see why people are BASHING this product online in other forums. Seemly like a small fix yet no one has any idea lol. Of the whole thing I typed all you targeted was the fact that Roxio is not partnered smh any idea whats wrong with my equipment??
