Software Download, Lost C.d

Hi there, I have the Roxio Game Capture Pro HD and I can't find the C.D anywhere. I was wondering if it was possible to download the software anywhere and just reuse my serial key? I have no problem proving I have the device box even the C.D sleeve but just cant find the disc anywhere. Any help on this situation would be greatly appreciated
